Been having all my vehicles serviced here over the years. Do not plan on using another garage. I am pleased with the services provided.

The employees at the garage are great people. I was helped with all concerns at a timely manner. I have an extended warranty and the garage employees helped me with the process. I only wish there was ways to accommodate the prices. The price for a alternator and labor was over $1200 almost $1300.

My wife and I were driving down to NC from Long Island when our truck was having issues with the DEF system! keanna was professional and nice as she worked with us trying to fit us in. Joe was professional as well keeping us updated as he preformed his work! It was nice to have happy people around us during a crazy time ! Great service from check in to check out. AC repaired, cooling system flushed, Serpentine belt replaced. They delt with Car Shield to help cover the AC repair. This is very important if you have an extended warranty because the warranty companies have rules that must be followed before they will pay for anything. Orems took the time to do it right. !One happy customer right here!

Making appointment was easy. The mechanics are polished and polite. Was able to explain to me what the findings were . The workshop is clean with cold water and coffee available. The waiting time was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Orem services. Scheduling the appointment online was very simple and the availability was right on time. The Owner/Manager was very accommodating and very knowledgeable and friendly I will definitely use them again. I was really impressed with the software used to show me what I needed to have done to my vehicle. The front desk lady was also very friendly and nice talk to. Five star shout out to Orems Garage, especially Quentin and his staff! I used Orems under the previous ownership & Quentin has certainly up the game, with added services, like customer drop off and pick up, and a lockbox for after hours use. Last week I brought in my late husband’s Nissan truck with 200+ thousand miles for a “once over”, oil change & a driver side door issue that was random. The truck was ready the next day — proposed work was discussed. Of course the door issue could not be duplicated in the shop. Eventually, it will need a battery, but they did not pressure me to do it immediately. I was very impressed with their professionalism —from the first phone call to set up the appointment, to the discussion of the work & the respectful way they treated me, a single woman. I would not hesitate to use them again & would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, local shop.

I had issues with my Dodge Ram Truck 6 cylinder with only 56,000 miles on it …. It’s a 2016 I replaced the alternator, battery , and starter and still sluggish starts and delayed starts .I was referred by a friend and they told me Orems garage will find out about the issues and fix it …. well so far it seems to respond well when i attempt to start it …. New fuel pump and injectors “ OEM parts Bosch and top of line fuel filter “ I would recommend this shop to any one who has a mystery nagging defect in their car or truck .

Went here off the strength of a fellow trusted shop . I was already alittle edgy when i first came to the shop and told them i was looking for Quinton (still didnt know who he was ). Ran a scan on my vehicle and everything and setup a date to have a diag done . When i came back to pick my truck up He finally tell me he is Quinton ??? Ok so when i dropped the truck of it was fine just some dash lights that came on from my trans sometime if I’m heavy on the foot . As soon as i left and made the U-turn on Pulaski the whole truck shut down to low gear and kept saying to come to a stop and turn the vehicle off . I’m almost certain something was tampered with . End of story when it’s time to try and setup through my warranty and out of pocket cost i needed at TCM . At TCM for a Durango is no higher than $300 . Can’t remember his name but think he is the other owner told me it was $699 and the labor $250ish . I asked if i can provide the OEM part from Mopar they say no outside parts . Found another place where i will only pay my deductible for the transfer case and i can provide the TCM and Dodge will program it . Thanks for the Diagnostic though that’s y i gave 2 star . Never again

I've taken my friend to this garage so many times n they still didn't the problems.

Orems Garage is the kind of shop that’s getting harder to find if you run an older diesel. Plenty of places will change oil or read codes. Far fewer actually understand how these trucks work. I’ve been bringing my 1998.5 Cummins here for a few years, starting when the injector pump failed. They diagnosed it properly, fixed what needed fixing, and didn’t start throwing parts at it. That first visit told me a lot. Parking is tight. The lot is usually full of work trucks waiting to get back on the road and back to earning. That’s not an accident. People trust these guys with vehicles they depend on for their livelihood. On my most recent visit I came in convinced my blend doors were shot, along with some other heat and AC components. I was ready for them to start ordering parts. Instead, the woman at the counter suggested letting a tech take a look first so I wouldn’t pay for work I didn’t need. Keeping an older truck running costs money. That’s just reality. At Orems, you don’t feel jerked around paying the bill. They explain the work, call before spending your money, and do it straight. If you’ve got an older diesel and want a shop that actually understands it, this is one worth knowing.

Amazing service! This repair shops is one of a kind. They made be feel at home. Walked me through the issue and explained to me why they recommended the items/services to repair my car. Even said my husband could call and speak to them to walk through the same info. They gave me what they called a ‘15 minute no wrench inspection’ at not cost to me. I’m very particular about where I spend my money and even more about where I take my car. Because of being a woman I feel I’ve been over sold and lied to by past repair shops. And they have that mom and pop shop feel. It was an amazing experience.

I do believe I was treated fairly after work that was performed by a technician that was later fired was corrected. Then further work was then completed with satisfactory performance !! I do want to thank Quentin for seeing that things were corrected and standing behind his customer service !!

We have been going here for Years Every one is great & take care of our 2 cars , They are very good on our cars ,Come and bring your auto s ,and get them taken care of.

I drive an out of production car and they no longer make parts. Quentin found the part, did the repair, and charged a good price. Everyone there is friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this place, especially if you drive an old car.

So far, I’m gonna leave it at this and this is only because I’m dissatisfied with the length of time that it’s taken I was told one thing and so far it’s been a week later I run a business and I need my truck so this is really detrimental to my business but the work hasn’t completed yet. It’s a joke. I’ve just seen my truck after three weeks of giving them a $12,000 deposit and the vehicle has not yet been touched. Let’s see what that looks like when it’s done and I think $17,000 for a stage two transmission, head studs, and a head gasket is definitely excessive for a 2004 Dodge ram with a 5.9 Cummins No head work just checking to make sure it’s flat and after just talking to him, he wants my truck another week. Let’s show his business down for a month and see if he can pay his bills as of now I wouldn’t recommend this guy. And I was also told last Thursday I would have my Check back by Thursday or else I wouldn’t have to pay the rest of what I owe him. Well it’s Friday. I haven’t gotten my truck back. And we’ll see if the man keeps his word
