Shady business practices. Knew I needed breaks from a recent dealer visit, set up a break appointment online. Can’t give me a quote until they’ve looked at things then offer the courtesy shuttle while they handle that. Trying to sell breaks and rotors for $1700 (got it done elsewhere for $840 for context), then when I said no they said I owed them $99 for the inspection I didn’t ask for. They also wanted to tack on multiple other services when I just wanted breaks. To their credit they did the right thing and waived this fee because that was never discussed. Clearly optimized for the algorithm, be careful call ahead and compare prices. Would not trust ever again.

I have very, very nice vehicles and I have tried everybody including the dealers. This shop is one of the best mechanic al shops around. The mechanics and owner are professional and the prices are very reasonable. The shop looks crowded but in real time, they will get you in. Trust me ,try the shop and thank me later.

I had an outstanding experience with the staff of Orem's Garage. My auto (Infiniti QX60) was diagnosed with needing an engine replacement. Also, I have an extended warranty with Omega auto services. Orem's staff coordinated with Omega warranty services who paid the majority amount for the engine replacement bill. The mechanics that removed and replaced my engine worked quickly, knowledgeable, and diligently to transfer and assemble my replacement engine. My "used" replacement engine has been running beautifully and has a 1 year warranty. In addition, Orem's Garage has a warranty on their work for 7 years or 77,000 miles. A document was provided that memorialized both the engine and Orem's guaranteed warranty in case of any future problems. I highly recommend Orem' Garage for all your automotive and mechanical needs.

I went to Orems garage because I needed my car looked at asap! They were able to get me in as soon as I called! Everyone was super nice and helpful! They told me that I needed an oil change, so they stay after hours do do one for me! I was so thankful they were able to do that for me!

We were on a roadtrip and, all of a sudden, something was scraping and sparking under our car. We called Orem’s garage hoping we could find someone to help. They were the most polite and wonderful folks we could’ve hoped for! They told us to come right over. We did, And they fixed the problem within five minutes and didn’t charge us. I will always keep their number in phone. I live in Ellicott city, but I might go through the tunnel to get my car worked on here whenever it’s something serious, because I know I can trust them! We are eternally grateful to you guys!

Great service from check in to check out. AC repaired, cooling system flushed, Serpentine belt replaced. They delt with Car Shield to help cover the AC repair. This is very important if you have an extended warranty because the warranty companies have rules that must be followed before they will pay for anything. Orems took the time to do it right. !One happy customer right here!
